Baker Tilly Morrison Murray announces merger with RSM SA Durban

Baker Tilly Morrison Murray (Durban, South Africa) has announced it will merge with RSM SA Durban, effective 1 October 2019

The combined entity will operate under the Baker Tilly brand and be led by Susan Stanley, current managing partner for Baker Tilly Morrison Murray. It will consist of nine partners and over 150 staff.

The merger will allow professionals from both firms to strengthen their resources to continue to provide high quality audit, tax and advisory services to clients of all sizes.

Speaking on the merger, Susan Stanley commented: “At Baker Tilly we are committed to helping our clients prepare today, for tomorrow’s challenges. With the merger, efficiencies of scale will allow us to significantly increase our capabilities to help our clients embrace opportunities.
