The new business line will be headed by Wojciech Doliński, MRICS REV, longstanding associate of TPA Poland, and Michał Sternicki, recognised real estate expert with banking and financial experience.

Wojciech Doliński participated in numerous real estate transactions for Polish and foreign private and institutional investors. He specialises in the valuation of commercial properties and development land. As of June 2019, he was involved in valuations of properties totalling approximately PLN30bn across Poland, CEE Region and Germany.
Michał Sternicki has a track record of over 20 years in the field of real estate financing, commercial real estate development, acquisitions, investments, project financing. He has also been involved in granting development and investment loans for cross-border portfolios as well as business development in Central and Eastern Europe, working with domestic and international private and institutional investors, SWF and private equity groups. He also gained his experience in Germany and London.
