Baker Tilly, a leading audit, tax, restructuring and EIIS firm in Ireland, has announced a merger with Barr Pomeroy, a Dublin based tax, audit and accountancy practice. The merged firm will trade under the Baker Tilly name.
MHA Moore and Smalley, which announced a record turnover of £17.77m in June, has taken offices in the heart of Manchester. The office will be led by new partners Andrew Feeke and Colin Abrahams, and new corporate finance director Simon Carruthers, further strengthening the North West and national teams. A full service audit firm, Baker Tilly Woori (previously operating as Woori Accounting Corporation) joined the Baker Tilly network in May 2019 at a time when new audit regulations were introduced in Korea for listed and large clients.
