Baker Tilly International appoints Meghan Loomis as head of global advisory services

1 September, 2026

Baker Tilly International today announces the appointment of Meghan Loomis as head of global advisory services, a member-firm role focused on accelerating the growth, collaboration and impact of advisory across the Baker Tilly network.

Working closely with the Global Advisory Services Leader in Baker Tilly International’s Global Office, Meghan will bring senior practitioner insight and member-firm perspective to the development and delivery of the network’s advisory agenda. Together, they will shape strategic priorities, champion collaboration among member firms, and connect advisory expertise across the network, with the Global Office advisory team providing dedicated capacity, co-ordination and implementation support.

Drawing on her member firm and client experiences, Meghan will work with advisory leaders across the network to set global direction, strengthen collaboration and identify areas where firms can achieve more together. Her appointment supports Baker Tilly’s recently launched global strategy and its ambition to deepen advisory capabilities across the network, helping member firms create tangible value for their clients.

Meghan will champion the global advisory strategy, ensuring activity remains focused on a clear set of priorities that reflect member firm needs, market opportunities and the network’s 2030 ambitions. She will also help connect centres of expertise and leading practitioners, sponsor priority initiatives to build capability, and support the sharing and scaling of successful approaches, solutions and innovation across the network.

Meghan is a principal with Baker Tilly (US)’s digital solutions practice and has strong experience in building technology alliances, leading transformation and delivering meaningful client outcomes. She has led various engagements for private and public sector organisations across multiple industries, with clients ranging from US$200 million to US$20 billion in annual revenue. She has spent her career helping clients drive back-office transformations using technology as an enabler of change. She drives transparent communication in building new relationships and works to ensure benefit and success for all stakeholders.

Francesca Lagerberg, CEO of Baker Tilly International, said: “Advisory is central to our network ambitions and to the value we create for member firms and their clients. Meghan brings a powerful combination of digital expertise, commercial focus and collaborative leadership from within one of our member firms. Working in partnership with our Global Office advisory leadership, she is exceptionally well placed to help shape the next phase of advisory across our global network.”

Meghan said: “I am excited to work with advisory leaders across the Baker Tilly network and with the Global Office team to build on our strengths, connect our expertise, and focus our energy where we can create the greatest value. Advisory is at its best when we combine local insight, global collaboration and practical execution to help clients make confident decisions in a changing world.”
