Leading UAE law firm joins Baker Tilly

Leading UAE law firm Bestwins has joined the Baker Tilly network with immediate effect.

The Bestwins 30 strong team of lawyers has cumulative experience of more than 150 years in UAE Law and is based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with a wide range of clients including emerging corporates, family offices, royal families, high net worth individuals and banks.

The firm will be branded Baker Tilly JFC Law Corporation and will be an integral part of Baker Tilly JFC the network’s member in the Middle East as well as the Baker Tilly legal services network.

The firm is headed by Mr Sheheen, who has over 25 years of experience in UAE Law alone and has full rights of Advocacy before DIFC and ADGM Courts in the Country. Sheheen established his own law firm in 2010, which is today known as Bestwins, prior to which he was a partner at another highly regarded law firm.

Bestwins has been operating for over 12 years in the UAE across key sectors for the local economy including energy, oil & gas, real estate, hospitality, education, health, manufacturing, import export and re-export trading. The firm has deep experience working with Banks & Financial Institutions on contract drafting, facility agreements, handling financial disputes in all Courts and Arbitration Tribunals, advising on issues related to investments, fund management, as well as other services including legal due diligence for M&A and restructuring transactions.
