Baker Tilly expands digital capabilities in Morocco

9 January, 2026

Baker Tilly in Morocco has expanded its digital consulting capabilities with the admission of digital advisory firm SEVENAPP (Seven) to its local network. The firm will rebrand as Baker Tilly.

This strengthens Baker Tilly (Morocco’s) end-to-end digital offering, spanning software engineering, data transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation.

A two-time winner of the Fintech Catalyst innovation competition organised by Attijariwafa Bank, Seven serves a broad client base across banking, insurance, real estate and public institutions.

Chakib Zaari, managing partner of Baker Tilly in Morocco, said: “Morocco is undergoing rapid digital transformation across banking, insurance and public services. Seven brings a proven track record of delivering complex digital projects for major financial institutions and public bodies, providing both credibility and scale. Integrating this capability into our local network allows us to expand digital advisory services for existing clients while opening Baker Tilly’s full multidisciplinary expertise to Seven’s client base, creating a strong platform for sustainable growth and long-term value.”

Tarik Sekkat, partner and co-founder of Seven, said: “We help organisations move from digital strategy to real outcomes. Joining Baker Tilly allows us to offer clients not just technical execution, but integrated advisory support, ensuring complex transformation programs deliver tangible value.”

Francesca Lagerberg, CEO of Baker Tilly International, added: “Meaningful digital transformation goes beyond technology adoption; it requires the right people, data-led decision-making and leadership aligned to strategy. Through our specialists in AI, data, cloud, ERP and enterprise systems, Baker Tilly helps organisations design, build and scale transformation with confidence. Admitting a high-calibre digital firm such as Seven strengthens our ability to deliver these services locally, going all in to support clients from strategic vision through to the safe and effective implementation of advanced digital and AI solutions.”
