Baker Tilly (France) has strengthened its presence in Northern France through two strategic combinations completed within the space of a week, reinforcing its regional footprint and expanding its expertise in accounting, advisory and cross-border services.
The integrations of Corex, a long-established accounting firm in Lille, and Tytgat, a specialist accounting and advisory firm near Valenciennes with recognised expertise in France–Belgium cross-border matters, mark another significant milestone in Baker Tilly (France's) growth strategy.
Together, the two firms add more than 70 professionals and deepen Baker Tilly's capabilities across accounting, legal services, human resource and social expertise, while strengthening specialist support for businesses operating across the French-Belgian border.
The transactions support Baker Tilly (France's) long-term growth ambitions and are aligned with its Convergence 2030 strategy, which targets €400 million in revenue by 2030.
Commenting on the transactions, Francesca Lagerberg, CEO of Baker Tilly International, said: “These two combinations demonstrate the pace and ambition of Baker Tilly (France’s) growth strategy. By welcoming Corex and Tytgat, they are strengthening their local presence by adding complementary expertise, particularly for those clients with international and cross-border ambitions."
Both firms will continue operating from their existing offices, with their leadership teams remaining in place to ensure continuity for clients and employees while benefiting from Baker Tilly (France’s) wider resources, technology and specialist expertise.
