Uruguay welcomes legal firm to its local network

Baker Tilly in Uruguay has welcomed law firm Pereda Rossini Abogados (Pereda) to its local network. The firm will continue trading as Pereda Rossini Abogados.

Based out of Montevideo, the firm has more than 20 years of experience offering legal services in the areas of corporate, real estate, labour, employment, dispute resolution, intellectual property rights, restructuring, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, and public procurement. Their joining is the latest development within our legal network that has seen us significantly grow coverage and capabilities across the network in response to client needs.
