Baker Tilly announces new board members

Baker Tilly has announced the appointment of four new members to its International Board, bringing its total to 21 directors from across the network’s regions and representing member firms of different sizes.

Joining the Board, effective 25 October 2021, are Audrey Katcher (USA), Klaus Bauer-Mitterlehner (Austria), Scott Dupuis (Canada) and Dayton Benway (USA).

Speaking on the appointments, Alan Whitman, Chair of the network’s International Board said: “Our new Board members are poised to help drive our network’s strategic direction and support our operations. Each member brings a wealth of experience and expertise, as well as diversity of thought and leadership. These attributes are essential as we embark on the next stage of our development as a network – one positioned now, to anticipate tomorrow.”
